rapid! Talent Portal: Forgot Password/Reset Login

1. Go to rapidfs.com
2. Click the Forgot Password button
   
   
   
    
3. Enter your email address
   
   
   
    
4. Click on the Send Authorization Code button
   
   
    
5. Enter the Authorization code that was sent to either your phone number or your email address on file (chosen by a setting inside of your rapid! Portal, it defaults to email.)
   
   
    
6. You will be sent a temporary password. Log in using this password.
    
7. Enter the Temporary password again, then your new password. Once the Password meets the criteria, the criteria will turn Green
   
   
   
8. Click on the Update Password button. You will need to verify through MFA again.
9. You can now log in using your new password.
